This beautifully maintained Trader 445 Signature provides an extremely comfortable home afloat. It has twin Volvo TAM 63P 370hp diesels which take her to about 15 knots flat out, cruising circa 12 knots, which were serviced in March 2023.

The boat is extremely well appointed with a £30K refit in 2020/21. Specification includes a Bowthruster, Stern Thruster (2021), flybridge and helm controls plus handheld operation. Trim tabs, holding tank, 6KW HFL generator, Eberspacher warm air heating, electric windlass with helm and deck controls, shore power with battery chargers.

Full teak laid decks, holly and teak strip internal flooring under the new carpeting laid in 2020. In the salon, there is cream leather interior upholstery, which remains in excellent condition. In the galley there is plenty of cabinetry, a fridge and a newly fitted electric oven and hob.

At the internal helm, Lady B has been well equipped with Raymarine electronics and at the flybridge there is Axiom touch screens with chart plotter, Radar, AIS, depth, speed, and stern video. Simrad dual station VHF. On the flybridge, there is new upholstery and to the rear deck areas.

The boat has just been Antifouled and fitted with new anodes in March 2024.
